Tithing isn't merely giving something to God. It's giving back what was His to begin with. All that we have, or hope to have, comes from Him. The Bible says that tithing is a reminder that God is the supplier of everything. It teaches us to always put God first in our lives.
How?
Sunday Services: Offering is taken during the service. You may simply place cash or checks in envelopes located in the seats. Be sure to include your name and address on the check or envelope, so that donation credit may be provided for tax purposes. You can request a box of envelopes for weekly use, just ask an usher and they will help you. Early in the year those who have registered for envelopes will receive a receipt from the church for tax purposes that records their charitable giving.
E-transfer
Send donations to aenonbaptistdirecttransfer@gmail.com. Include your name, address and contact phone number for donations over $20 and a receipt will be provided
By mail
You may mail your donation to AEnon Baptist Church, 57 Highway 12, P.O. Box 146, Chester Basin, B0J1K0. Be sure to include your name and address on the check or envelope so that donation credit may be provided for tax purposes.
