            • Tomorrow is Canada Day! “May he have dominion from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth!” Psalm 72:8. Pray for our country and for our leaders as they wrestle with social and moral issues. Pray that they will seek wisdom from God as they carry out their duties. Pray also for leaders in the churches across our CBAC as they participate in public dialogue through the grace and Spirit of God.

Weekly In Our Church Family

 EVERY TUESDAY- 2:00 p.m.  - Bible Study and Prayer Meeting at **WSUBC.

 EVERY WEDNESDAY, 7 pm to 9pm, – Wednesday night Group Study at David & Kelly Moore’s home, 23 Target Hill Rd., Chester. Phone No. 902-275-2229. Everyone is invited.  (cancelled for summer)

EVERY FRIDAY, YOUTH GROUP – 6pm-8pm Grades Primary to 12. All Welcome, as well as looking for Teens to help. (Adjourned for the summer, resuming Friday, September 20th at 6-8pm.) RESUMES in September

Men’s group in our area is meets Thursdays at 10am.  It is a combination of men from New Hope & St. Marks.  The location this winter is at NEW HOPE in Western Shore.

July 3rd, 9:30, Wednesday- C.W.C. brunch presents ‘Dancing with the Stars’ at the Chester Basin Legion #25. Guest Jadyn Norwood will be dancing, Singing by Kyria Bond and Speaker is Kate Kristoffel. Children/Grandchildren are free. Contact Donna Bezanson 902-275-5887 for reservations and/or cancellations. Cost $7.00 (children/grandchildren are free)

July 14th, 3.00 pm, Sunday at Sherwood -  Rev. Barb Cochran, Music by Jim & Judy Manuel, Special appearance by “Armstrong Reunion Choir”.

VBS July 22nds to 27th for ages primary to grade 6.  CUBC has also announced their VBS dates which are July 8th to 12th

OASIS in Moncton NB at Crandall University.  August 22nd to 24th with guest Bruxy Cavey and Chris Diotte and friends leading worship.

Please keep Long Lake Camp in prayer as they prepare for their camping season.  Pray for the board of directors, Royce Getson as director, Alissa Getson with planning and fundraising, all the hired staff, and especially the kids who will be getting to know about Jesus.
