            • Please pray for Mr. Wayne Murphy, CBAC President, as he provides leadership alongside our Executive Minister and CBAC Council throughout the year. Wayne Pastors Lancaster Baptist Church in Saint John, NB. Pray for protection and good health for he and his wife Angie.

            • Pray for our CBAC Support Staff as they capably offer their gifts to our family of churches: – Jacqueline Derrah, Karen Gunn, Wendy Jones, Lottie Reid, Debbie Barriault, Sandra Vincent & Heather Waugh. The role they play in the life of our CBAC may be largely behind the scenes but is critically important for the day-to-day operations of our organization. Pray for them as they carry out these responsibilities as well for their health and their families. Weekly In Our Church Family

EVERY TUESDAY- 2:00 p.m.  - Bible Study and Prayer Meeting at **WSUBC. **Note that we are meeting at WSUBC for the winter months.

EVERY WEDNESDAY, 7 pm to 9pm, – Wednesday night Group Study at David & Kelly Moore’s home, 23 Target Hill Rd., Chester. Phone No. 902-275-2229. Everyone is invited.

 A new study topic on the Fruit of the Spirit will be starting January 16th.

EVERY FRIDAY, YOUTH GROUP – 6pm-8pm Grades Primary to 2. All Welcome, as well as looking for Teens to help.

Every Sunday, 3:00pm/4:30pm @CUBC- GriefShare a grief support group. If you are grieving the passing of a loved one you are invited to join. Please extend the invitation to other people in the community.

Men’s group in our area is meeting Thursdays at 10am.  It is a combination of men from New Hope and St. Marks.  The new location this winter is at NEW HOPE in Western Shore.

February 24th, Sunday – Fellowship Luncheon following worship service.

Friends and family will also help Richard Eldridge celebrate his 80th Birthday. All welcome.

February 23rd, Saturday – 9am – 8pm - No Frills Scrapbooking/Crafting Day at Aenon Baptist Church This is a no Frills event!!! You will get either a half or full table depending on ##'s. Cost is a minimum $10 (Donation to ABC) We will have a Keurig on hand so bring your favorite pod or teabag! Mugs, Sugar, Milk and Cream will be provided! Feb 24th, Sunday 6:30 pm – The Order of St. Luke healing service at 6485 Hwy 3, Western Shore. Please join us and bring friends. Guest speaker is Arthur MacDonald.  You should not miss this event!

March 1st, Friday 11am – World day of Prayer at St. John’s Anglican Church, Chester Basin. Luncheon will follow. Theme is “Come, everything is Ready”. Country of Focus is Slovenia. Pastor Joe will give message. All Faiths welcomed.

March 2nd, Saturday 1PM - Pillow Stenciling workshop- Fundraiser for the Church.  registration and payment which is $45 (2 pillow covers) (Pillow forms $8). Deadline for registration February 27th. Contact Paulette Countway (275-4952 cell 277-1389) for further information,

March 2nd, Saturday, 2-4 pm at Tri-District “Newcombville” Fire hall. Chelsea United Baptist Church presents a Gospel Concert by Roxeen & Dalrymple with a little Country & Bluegrass mixed in.  Free will offering. (Gary Dalrymple is the former mandolin player with the Spinney Brothers)

March 23rd - Flea Market Tables at $10 each will be available. Silent Auction and Bake Table. Contact Paulette Countway (275-4952 cell 277-1389) for silent auction items and table bookings.  

April 28th, - Sunday, 4:30 pm -  Lunenburg Queens Association Spring Rally at the Bridgewater Baptist Church. The evening will start with a potluck supper at 5:00 pm and our rally will begin at 6:00 pm. Our guest speaker is Dr. Bob Knowles from Crandall University.

May 4th, Saturday at Liverpool Baptist Church - Spring Ladies Retreat - Connect: “Making a Difference.”  Registration begins at 9:00am. Program 9:30 - 12:30. An interesting program is being planned. Lunch will be provided. More details later. Mark this date on your calendar.

Free: T12 fluorescent tubes. Surplus from when the fellowship hall was built. See Kelly Moore or Richie Eldridge.


Condolences

We extend deepest condolences to Paulette Countway in the passing of her Uncle, Paul Hubley. Gideon Bibles have been placed in his memory.
