• One of our priorities is that our churches would become Mission Edge Churches. Some markers of this kind of church would be that the church would be in the neighbourhood, they would reflect the demographic of their neighbourhood, and that they recognize where God is working in their neighbourhood and are joining Him there. Your neighbourhood should be different because the church is there. Is it?

EVERY FRIDAY, YOUTH GROUP – 6pm -8pm Grades Primary to 12. All Welcome, as well as looking for Teens to help.

November 25th, 3:30pm, Sunday - Annual Christmas Cantata fundraising concert. Once again the group Shepherd's Joy will be featured, followed by a potluck. As in past years the free will offering is in support of the Salvation Army. Any help you could offer in promoting this would be greatly appreciated.
November 25th, 6:30 p.m., Sunday - The Order of St. Luke Healing Service at St. John’s Anglican Church, 5533 H’way 3, Chester Basin, N.S. Presenters; Rev. Dr. John and Holly Roddam
Christmas December 2nd, 6:30pm, Sunday – Chester United Baptist Church Christmas Concert with some local musicians. Hymns sing starts at 6:30 pm.
December 4th – 6:30 pm, WMS Tuesday in the Fellowship hall at Aenon. Be prepared to have gift for your Secret Sister to exchange. Also we will be preparing 20 boxes to be packed.
December 16th, 3pm, Sunday – Celebrating Christmas through Reading and Song at Western Shore Baptist.
Griefshare – Pastor Sheila Ago from Chester Baptist will be offering a grief support group from 3:00pm to 4:00pm @ Chester Baptist. If you are grieving the passing of a loved one, you are invited to join. Please extend the invitation to other people in the community.
